Getting Started
New to Stokkap? Here's how to get up and running:
Install & Connect
Install the Stokkap plugin from WordPress, then go to WooCommerce → Settings → Stokkap to connect. Your products sync automatically.
Set Up Locations
Create your locations (shop floor, warehouse, back room) and distribute your existing stock. Use stocktake mode or manual adjustments.
Start Scanning
Open Stokkap on your phone, scan a barcode, and you're managing inventory. Invite your team and set permissions as needed.
Common Questions
How do I connect my WooCommerce store?
After installing the plugin, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Stokkap and click "Connect to Stokkap". You'll be redirected to authorise the connection.
Can I use Stokkap offline?
Yes! Stokkap works offline in warehouses and areas with poor signal. Your changes will sync automatically when you're back online.
How many users can I add?
All plans include unlimited users. You only pay based on the number of WooCommerce stores you connect.
What barcode formats are supported?
Stokkap supports EAN, UPC, GTIN, and SKU scanning. Any barcode format that your phone camera can read will work.
How often does stock sync with WooCommerce?
Stock syncs in real-time. When you make a change in Stokkap, it updates your WooCommerce store instantly. Orders in WooCommerce also update Stokkap automatically.
Can I restrict what staff can see?
Yes. Set granular permissions per user - view only, stock updates, stocktakes, or full admin access. You can also restrict users to specific locations.
