Novidades e melhorias

• Suporte para localizações não vendáveis com Stokkap Connect 1.6.6, incluindo indicações claras, totais de stock separados e transferências individuais ou em lote. As quantidades constam dos relatórios e exportações, mas são excluídas da valorização do stock.
• Adicionado um filtro de localização com pesquisa em Produtos. São iniciadas novas pesquisas ao entrar normalmente ou mudar de loja, mantendo a posição ao regressar dos Detalhes do produto ou usar Voltar no navegador.
• Melhorada a configuração de produtos com números de série, preservando as localizações e atribuições a encomendas existentes.
• Ajustes manuais de stock mais fiáveis com versões compatíveis do plugin e novas tentativas mais seguras.

Correções

• Corrigidos o stock guardado e o estado de gestão Stokkap, incluindo gravações lentas e reabertura rápida de janelas de edição.

Some features require the matching Stokkap Connect update; customer emails and shared invoice numbers require Connect 1.6.5.

Purchasing and receiving

• Added CSV/XLS purchase-order imports to bring supplier spreadsheets into Purchasing for review and product matching.
• Search by supplier SKU to resolve imported items to the matching product.
• Create draft products or new variations during purchase-order imports, edit quantities and names, and set optional selling prices. Choose existing colour and size values or add new ones while preserving product attributes.
• Optionally save imported supplier costs when confirming a purchase order, with currency and tax basis shown for review. Blank values keep existing costs, and variation costs update independently.
• Refined the Purchasing interface with clearer search, form spacing, mobile dialogs and expected-date fields. Improved product matching and compatibility guidance make imports easier to review, and Receive delivery stays available immediately after sending an eligible purchase order.
• Large deliveries show background progress, recover from temporary connection failures and prevent over-receiving. Partial receipts keep deliveries with many separate stock updates manageable.

Picking and packing

• Products appear once under their highest-priority pick location, with required quantities and available stock shown separately on screen and printed pick lists.
• Choose Defer to packing or Skip items from Can't pick. Pack available items first, then verify deferred items, with clearer supply checks, supplier-order records and parcel locations.

Orders, emails and documents

• Email customers from Order Detail using WooCommerce mail settings, with optional PDF packing slips, delivery notes, invoices and refund credit notes. Save customer PO references for invoice emails and reprints.
• Share invoice numbers with compatible WooCommerce document plugins while keeping Stokkap layouts. Email proformas with payment links without duplicate invoice attachments.
• Review products and extra charges together in the New Order summary. New orders now identify Stokkap as their source in WooCommerce.

Point of Sale (POS)

• Choose which location types each register includes or excludes, with matching browsing, search, scanning and stock quantities online and offline. Optionally block out-of-stock items from being added to the cart.
• Edit cart-line unit prices, apply discounts to the final amount payable, or set a target total. Improved tax rounding and refunds keep adjusted sales accurate; price edits require Connect 1.6.3, and refund fixes require Connect 1.6.4.
• Open POS catalogues refresh products and stock in the background, and offline catalogues stay current while connected. Stronger checkout checks keep offline sales for review when stock or catalogue rules change.
• Clearer checkout controls, payment keypads and register reports, more reliable shipping choices, and fewer repeated tax requests improve everyday till use. Eligible trial users can now appear in register staff selection.

Scanning and everyday improvements

• Barcode linking keeps product search and pick-list items accessible on smaller screens. More compact variation selection keeps the selected product visible while creating or choosing variations.
• Fixed repeated app-update prompts, touch navigation highlights and misleading connection warnings. Improved legacy Excel import validation and report styling.

Purchasing and receiving

• Purchasing has its own navigation section, with separate To order and Purchase orders views, supplier filters and clearer purchase-order actions.
• To order loads faster with fewer WooCommerce requests. New customer demand comes from Processing orders, while existing purchase-order allocations remain tracked.
• Receive partial deliveries with barcode/SKU scanning, sound and error feedback, searchable locations and a roomier desktop layout that also works on phones. Customer-order units remain allocated; spare units replenish available stock.
• Pick & Pack shows linked ordered or arrived purchase orders, including quantities and expected dates.
• Register serials for stock already counted, or receive supplier-allocated order units, without counting stock twice. Requires the matching Connect update.

Clearer picking and packing

• Can't pick records a skipped quantity and reason without treating it as refunded or fulfilled. Review exceptions before packing, restore a skip, or return to picking once all packed orders in the list have been unpacked.
• Needed quantities, progress and printed picking lists account for skipped and refunded units. Packing screens show the quantity actually remaining to pack and make skipped items easier to spot.
• Packing slips separate Not included in this parcel from the quantities included. Internal staff notes stay off the customer slip, and fulfillment changes can flag a previously printed slip for reprinting.
• Refunds, cancellations and order edits are reflected through picking and packing. Changes after packing show a parcel-review warning; orders with nothing left to pick or pack have clearer explanations.
• WPC Product Bundles show the parent as a label and use physical components for picking and verification, including refunds recorded against the bundle parent.
• Improved tablet/mobile layouts, dark-mode dialogs and navigation-away warnings during packing.

Scanning and product editing

• Linking or replacing a product barcode requires a matching second scan, with camera support for verification.
• Improved camera recovery and controls. URL-like QR codes are rejected as product codes, and variable parent products cannot be added to scan tally.
• Bulk price editing preserves cost currencies, supports mixed-currency changes with compatible Connect versions and displays cleaner decimal values.

Orders, payments and documents

• Create unpaid orders or proformas, print them with your store branding, and share a payment link or QR code. Add customer PO references, extra charges and discounts.
• Choose WooCommerce shipping rates and find or save customers before creating an order. Product search includes images, SKU, variation details and stock information.
• Direct POS shows WooCommerce-calculated tax before payment and checks it again at checkout. Tax-enabled tills require a live connection.
• Order Detail shows refunded quantities and values, refund records and net payment totals. Mobile layouts and refund forms are easier to use.
• Discard accidentally created, unpurchased shipment drafts while keeping purchased or tracked shipments protected.

Setup and everyday improvements

• Updated setup-guide links and translation loading, with 14 app languages and improved Norwegian coverage.
• More reliable email-logo display, including Gmail.
• Schedule full syncs in your store's local timezone. The default is Sunday at 01:30; existing custom schedules are preserved.
• Clearer mobile Store Settings and plan-specific options. Subscription checkout reuses the existing Stripe customer.

Restock Forecasting (New)

• Plan purchasing from real demand — a new opt-in Restock Forecast report uses recent orders, refunds, current stock, supplier lead times, costs, and demand variability to recommend what to reorder and when.
• Explainable recommendations — each row shows demand history, stock cover, safety stock, reorder timing, suggested quantity, estimated cost, confidence, and clear reasons when more data or setup is needed.
• Action-focused report — search, filter, sort, and review products by urgency, supplier, management type, cost, and confidence, with responsive desktop and mobile views.
• Demand surge awareness — recent sustained demand increases and possible one-off spikes are highlighted so purchasing decisions include useful context without silently inflating recommendations.
• Complete CSV and branded PDF exports — export the full forecast or print a store-branded landscape report with purchasing summaries, urgency charts, suppliers, costs, confidence, and review reasons.
• Reliable 90-day history loading — initial order history loads in resumable batches, displays progress, retries temporary failures, and continues without keeping the settings page open.
• Privacy-conscious forecasting — forecast history stores inventory demand and refund quantities without retaining customer names, contact details, addresses, notes, or raw order payloads.

Supplier Sourcing

• Multiple suppliers per product — Product Detail now lets authorised staff link suppliers, maintain supplier SKUs, costs and lead times, and choose a primary supplier.
• Variation inheritance — variable products can provide default suppliers to their variations, while an individual variation can keep its own supplier override when needed.
• Bulk supplier assignment — Supplier Detail can search and link up to 500 published products while preserving selections across pages and avoiding duplicate links.
• Better large supplier catalogues — linked products now use a searchable, paginated full-width table with mobile cards, source-aware cost and lead-time labels, and useful supplier statistics.
• Supplier-aware receiving and forecasting — Stock In and Restock Forecasting consistently use product/supplier costs and lead times, including inherited variation suppliers.

Inventory Valuation And Finance Reports

• Retail and cost valuation — Reports can now value inventory by selling price or cost price, with products, units, average values, location totals, grand totals, and explicit missing-price coverage.
• WooCommerce-managed stock included — known WooCommerce-managed quantities can appear in a separate unmanaged valuation bucket without double-counting Stokkap-managed stock.
• Serial-aware valuation — available serials use their recorded acquisition cost where possible, with missing, excess, or misplaced serials identified instead of being silently valued incorrectly.
• Choose the finance scope — searchable location exclusions and Store Settings location-type exclusions can remove supplier, remote, or other location groups from finance and forecast calculations without hiding them from operational stock screens.
• Branded finance PDF — export a store-branded valuation PDF with a chart and complete location breakdown, or download a detailed CSV suitable for further analysis.
• Safer spreadsheet identifiers — GTIN and barcode values retain leading zeroes and long digits when stock reports are opened in spreadsheet software.

Stocktakes

• Resilient stocktake completion — completed stocktakes now keep healthy stores fast while retrying temporary plugin outages, timeouts, server errors, and operation locks in the background using bounded delays.
• Safe recovery without duplicate adjustments — retried batches retain the same operation identity and are accepted only when WooCommerce accounts for every requested adjustment correctly.
• Clear terminal outcomes — a stocktake reports Completed, Completed with issues, or Failed only after pending work has reached a final result, and completion emails wait for that outcome.
• Per-item sync visibility — failed and skipped rows expose their result, error, and attempt information so staff can see exactly what was not applied.
• Exception CSV for follow-up — completed stocktakes can export failed, flagged, rejected, and special non-applied rows while excluding ordinary uncounted and no-change items. Numeric SKUs, GTINs, and barcodes remain intact in spreadsheets.
• Stronger location and lifecycle safeguards — adjustment queues are created atomically, returned location quantities are verified, and in-progress synchronization cannot be deleted or changed underneath the worker.
• Temporary plugin deactivation recovery — if Stokkap Connect is briefly disabled during a stocktake, work remains pending and can resume after the plugin is reactivated within the retry window.

Point of Sale (POS) And Receipts

• Custom receipts per store — Store Settings now supports an optional HTTPS logo, a thank-you message before the items, a footer message, address, telephone number, and website.
• Better receipt-printer output — receipts use a high-contrast fluid layout for narrow 58 mm and 80 mm printers, ordinary printers, browser preview, and PDF, with small edge-safe padding and reliable wrapping for long contact details.
• Store-timezone POS records — receipts, sales, suspended carts, till sessions, close reports, analytics, daily totals, and report filters now follow the store timezone, including daylight-saving changes and legacy fixed offsets.
• Regional English dates — English users see familiar regional date and time presentation, including US AM/PM or UK 24-hour formatting, without changing currency or number settings.
• Clearer stock activity — WooCommerce stock changes created by a POS sale are identified as order activity instead of later appearing as an unattributed delta sync.

Orders And Printing

• Consistent order timestamps — order rows, Quick Preview, Order Detail, and order notes now use WooCommerce's GMT timestamp correctly, including daylight-saving conversion. Order Detail also shows the created date and time beneath the order number.
• Optional barcode on Order Detail — stores can display a larger, theme-safe STK-ORD-{id} barcode on the order page for scanning into Stokkap workflows without printing a document.
• Store-language documents — packing slips and invoices use the selected store language rather than the language of the staff member printing them.

Pick & Pack

• Faster Create List loading — available-order loading now avoids unnecessary order payload and product work, improving response times on larger stores.
• Camera order scanning during packing — staff can scan an order barcode with the camera before verifying its products.
• Faster and safer item scans — current SKU and GTIN aliases are recognised with stronger collision handling, exact barcode matching, wrong-order protection, and fewer plugin requests during packing.
• Clearer packing context — the active order number, customer, item count, and Express status remain visible while packing multi-order lists.
• Better validation messages — invalid pick-list scans now retain useful validation responses instead of appearing as misleading gateway failures.

Product Management

• Currency shown beside prices — Product Edit now displays the active store currency beside regular, sale, and cost prices for products and variations.
• Searchable location assignment — Add Location can search the complete location list while keeping large product and variation forms responsive; newly added unsaved rows are clearly marked.
• Explicitly remove sale prices — the Bulk Editor now has a dedicated Remove sale action with preview, skip handling, progress, and reconciliation.

Store Management And Languages

• Safer inactive and disconnected stores — unavailable stores become read-only for live WooCommerce operations while cached history and the actions needed to reconnect, reactivate, configure, or delete remain available.
• Clear connection status — Reconnect store, Inactive store, plugin health, and update notices now appear in a consistent priority order.
• Tabbed Store Settings — store configuration is organised into General, Inventory, Orders & Documents, Forecasting, and POS & Receipts areas with a more usable mobile layout.
• Finnish and Norwegian Bokmål — Stokkap now supports Finnish and Norwegian Bokmål across the app, connection flow, emails, billing locale handoff, and printed documents, bringing the supported language count to 13.
• Clearer permission editing — long permission lists now indicate that more options are available by scrolling.

Performance And Reliability

• Faster operational pages with many locations — pages that only need location names and metadata no longer calculate unused stock totals for every location.
• Faster Products and Product Detail — product lists remove repeated parent queries, use indexed default sorting, sequence overlapping requests safely, and avoid downloading variable-product data twice.
• Faster Activity — users, products, locations, stocktakes, transfers, and stores are loaded in batches rather than repeatedly for each activity row or CSV record.
• Lighter connectivity checks — normal browser online/offline events remain immediate while background safety probes run less often.
• Faster authentication text — login, registration, password recovery, invitation, checkout-success, and Connect pages share one translation cache, reducing the initial empty-text delay.

App Installation

• Install Stokkap from the login screen — supported browsers show a small, dismissible installation prompt. Chromium browsers can open the native installer, while iPhone, iPad, Safari, Firefox, and other browsers receive the appropriate installation steps.

Multilingual Inventory And Sync

• One physical inventory identity across languages — WPML and Polylang product translations now map back to the same canonical simple product or variation throughout sync, webhooks, stocktakes, transfers, bulk updates, orders, and serial allocation.
• Safer catalogue reconciliation — complete modern-plugin syncs can remove proven stale translated aliases, while partial, older, or inconsistent responses remain conservative and verify omissions before deleting anything.
• Original names in operational workflows — Order Preview, Order Detail, Pick & Pack, packing slips, and invoices use the canonical inventory product and variation names where identity is proven.
• Immediate management-state updates — stock webhooks update Stokkap-enabled and stock-management state alongside quantity, so Product Detail and Activity do not wait for a later delta sync.

Currency And Price Safety

• Live store currency changes handled safely — full sync, delta sync, direct edits, and webhooks validate prices against the current WooCommerce base currency before replacing local values.
• Correct currency precision — reports, scheduled attachments, serial CSVs, dashboard retail values, and order subtotals use the configured currency precision instead of always forcing two decimals.
• Free products remain free — explicit zero prices are preserved through synchronization, effective pricing, variable-product ranges, and product display.
• Fresh connections keep prices — a store's currency is saved before its first product sync validates price fields.

Orders And Pick & Pack

• Original product and variation names — translated orders show the correct physical inventory names and attributes in operational views without changing other order metadata.
• Document print tracking — order print icons show whether packing slips or invoices have been printed, with the last user, time, and print count available on hover.
• Print only outstanding documents — bulk packing-slip and invoice dialogs can filter to orders whose selected document has not yet been printed.
• Canonical names in Pick & Pack — picking, packing, scan notices, and verification use the same product names as the inventory catalogue when canonical identity is available.

Stock Reports

• Cost price and stock value — downloaded stock reports and scheduled stock-email attachments include cost and calculated stock value, leaving unknown quantities or missing costs blank rather than understating totals.
• Protected commercial data — emailed cost columns are limited to administrators and staff who can access reports.
• Exact large and negative values — valuation calculations avoid floating-point drift for large decimal costs and negative stock.

Stocktakes And Scan

• Faster count-sheet entry — count fields support keyboard navigation without interfering with normal barcode scanning and editing.
• Ready for the next scan — successful product scans clear and refocus the input after a short confirmation delay, while failures keep the entered value for correction.

Activity And Maintenance

• Reliable product-trash history — trashed products retain readable activity names and identifiers, duplicate trash events are reduced, and alerts are cleaned up consistently across webhook, delta, and full-sync paths.
• Safer omitted-variation checks — full sync verifies a variation through its parent before treating it as removed.
• Smoother maintenance recovery — maintenance pages avoid stale caching, normal pages continue using the app shell safely, and unexpected maintenance responses show controlled messages rather than JSON errors.

• Picker-friendly workflow — we listened to client feedback and rebuilt key Pick & Pack flows to make picking, packing, and verification easier for busy warehouse teams.
• Better for larger quantity orders — picking is now smoother when orders contain higher quantities or repeated scans of the same item.
• Improved packing and verification UI — packing screens are clearer, faster to follow, and better suited to phones, tablets, laptops, and handheld scanners.
• Order barcodes scan anywhere — order barcodes can now be scanned from anywhere in the order workflow to quickly open the right order or picking list.

Store-Wide Bulk Pricing

• Bulk pricing for large catalogues — new store-wide pricing tools make it easier to update pricing across many products without editing each item manually.
• Remove all sale prices — clear sale prices across the store in one action when a promotion ends.
• Discount from regular price — update sale prices from the normal price, such as applying a 20% discount across selected products.
• Category-based price updates — choose product categories when applying bulk pricing changes so updates target the right part of the catalogue.
• Optimised for large catalogues — bulk pricing actions are designed to handle larger WooCommerce product lists more reliably.

Bulk Product Editor (New)

• Edit many products at once — a new full-screen bulk editor for updating product prices across lots of products in one place.
• Set, increase, or decrease prices — apply a fixed price, or adjust by a value or a percentage, to the products you select or to individual rows.
• Regular, sale, and cost prices — edit each price column inline, with both per-row and bulk price actions.
• Powerful product picker — search, filter by status and type, sort (Name A–Z / Z–A, newest / oldest), and select products across pages.
• Search results page properly — product search now pages through all matches instead of stopping at a single capped page.
• Search as you type — results update automatically once you have typed a few characters, and clear when you empty the search box.
• Preview before applying — review which rows will change and which are skipped, then apply with live progress and a completion summary.
• Refined for phones and high zoom — the editor layout was reworked so it stays usable on mobile and at high browser zoom.

Packing Slips

• Hide prices on packing slips — a new store setting lets you turn off prices on printed packing slips.

Plugin Updates

• Plugin update reminder — the header now shows a clear "update required" indicator for stores running an older Stokkap Connect plugin, linking straight to the plugin download.

Performance

• Smoother bulk editing — large product lists render and scroll far more efficiently in the bulk editor.
• Faster product search — search now returns results in pages, keeping responses quick on large stores.

Languages And Translations

• Slovak (Slovenčina) — Stokkap is now available in Slovak, our 11th language.
• More translations — bulk editor, packing slip, and other new strings were translated across supported languages.

WordPress And WooCommerce Connection Support

• Bedrock and subdirectory WordPress support — Stokkap now supports stores where WordPress is installed in a subdirectory or Bedrock-style structure.
• Smarter REST API URLs — stores can keep separate WordPress, REST API, and plugin info URLs so requests go to the correct endpoint even when public site URLs differ from admin/API paths.
• Self-healing connection details — updated plugins can securely send corrected WordPress/API URLs back to Stokkap after reconnect or test connection.
• Safer URL handling — corrected URLs are accepted only after signed verification and public-host validation.
• Better admin links — WordPress admin links now use the correct WordPress URL while public product/storefront links still use the public site URL.

Point of Sale (POS)

• More accurate POS sync timestamps — POS sale sync times are now stored consistently in UTC, so sale creation and WooCommerce sync timing remains correct during BST/daylight-saving time.
• Clearer payment screen — the POS payment modal now gives the Change card a more distinct style, with a stronger success highlight when change is due.
• Published products only in sales flows — POS search, browse, barcode lookup, category counts, variation loading, and serial lookup now exclude draft/private products and draft-parent variations.
• More reliable POS reporting data — POS sales and reporting views now use cleaner product visibility rules so draft products do not appear in selling/reporting contexts.

Label Printing

• Saved custom label formats — stores can now save custom label formats for barcode and serial printing.
• New Brother label preset — added a built-in Brother 34 x 24 mm label format.
• Shared label controls — Scan, Product Detail, Serial Detail, and Stock Operations now use the same label print format controls.
• Advanced label options — custom formats can include width, height, optional padding, and optional barcode width overrides.
• Simpler print dialogs — advanced label print options are collapsed by default.
• More flexible barcode sizing — barcode width now works from 50% to 150%, with 100% matching the selected preset.
• Label settings saved per store — label print preferences are stored with the store and reused across print flows.

Scan And Tally

• Clearer Add Location flow — Scan now separates choosing a location type from choosing the exact location and stock quantity in the stock modal.
• Product-name search in Tally — Tally mode now supports product-name search when barcode/SKU/serial lookup does not find a direct match.
• Faster exact matches — exact SKU, serial, barcode, or GTIN matches can add directly to tally without forcing a product dropdown.
• Tally mode is less restrictive — tally no longer requires a global location before scanning; location validation happens when rows are added or submitted.
• Better row merging — tally rows now merge correctly when changing a row location to an existing product/location combination.
• More compact backorders control — the Scan page backorders selector now uses a tighter layout.

Sync And Plugin Health Reliability

• Location stock totals stay aligned — Stokkap-managed product sync now derives local total stock from synced location stock where available.
• Product refresh is more complete — single-product plugin refresh now updates total stock and stock status alongside location stock.
• Older sync paths corrected — the older Stokkap product-data overlay path also refreshes local total stock/status when plugin location stock changes.
• Known plugin outages are handled safer — stock-critical product, serial, backorder, and bulk transfer actions are blocked when the cached plugin status is down.
• Degraded stores remain usable — only stores marked down are blocked from stock-critical edits.

Security And Reliability

• Persistent fallback rate limits — security-sensitive rate limits now use database counters when Redis/Memcached is unavailable.
• Signed plugin connection test — the WordPress plugin can now securely verify app-to-store connectivity with signed connection-test requests.
• Webhook audit timing aligned — webhook processed timestamps now use UTC for clearer audit trails.

Product Visibility And Reports

• Operational reports exclude drafts — stock reports and CSV exports now exclude draft/private products and draft-parent variations.
• Low/out-of-stock helpers tightened — low-stock and out-of-stock helper endpoints now filter to published products by default.
• Product management remains flexible — management/search flows can still intentionally show draft products where needed.

Transfers, Activity, And Product Search

• Transfer comments visible — transfer comments now appear in transfer logs and product detail transfer history.
• Clickable transfer products — product names in transfer history can be opened directly.
• Better scan fallback search — Scan can search product names after exact barcode, SKU, GTIN, and serial lookup fails.
• Published product search in transfer flows — transfer searches now return published products only, with variations requiring a published parent.
• Smoother product page search — product search runs automatically after the minimum length and clears when the input is emptied.

Scan

• Duplicate barcode handling improved - when the same SKU or GTIN exists on both a variable product and a variation, scanning now prefers the variation so stock workflows resolve to the sellable item first.

Sync Reliability

• WooCommerce connection fallback improved - stores on hosts that block the standard WooCommerce Authorization header can now continue using Stokkap. Stokkap keeps normal Basic Auth for stores where it works, and only switches affected HTTPS stores to WooCommerce's query authentication method.
• Connection tests and syncs now share the same auth behaviour - test connection, full sync, delta sync, stock edits, stocktakes, product updates, and background/CLI syncs now use the same fallback path.
• Smarter sync recovery - temporary WooCommerce or hosting outages no longer cause immediate full-sync recovery after a single failed delta sync. Stokkap now waits for repeated failures before marking a store as needing recovery.
• Reduced retry pressure on slow stores - automatic full-sync recovery now waits 60 minutes between attempts when a store is already in an error state. Manual sync and first-time store sync still run immediately.
• Location stock totals stay aligned - when Stokkap refreshes or syncs location stock, the app now recalculates the product total from those locations so totals and location breakdowns do not drift apart.
• Known plugin outages are safer - when a store plugin is marked down, stock-changing product, serial, backorder, and bulk transfer actions are temporarily blocked instead of creating more local-only changes. Stores marked degraded can still work.
• Redis cache support - Stokkap can now use Redis, including local Unix socket setups, as an alternative to Memcached for shared app caching and rate limiting.
• Safer background jobs - Redis or Memcached locks now help prevent duplicate sync and bulk transfer jobs from running at the same time when multiple workers are active, and job runtime failures now go through the normal retry path.

Order Management

• Order item verification improved - scanning on the order detail page now recognises current Stokkap SKU and GTIN/barcode values first, with older WooCommerce order-line identifiers kept as fallbacks.
• Completed order serial recovery - completed orders that still have allocated serials now show an action to mark those serials as sold, useful when an order was completed directly in WooCommerce.
• Scan order barcodes from the order list - when order barcodes are enabled, staff can use the camera scanner on the Orders page to open the matching order directly.
• Existing pick lists recognised more reliably - order detail now links to an order's existing pick list even when the order belongs to a multi-order or completed pick list.

Pick & Pack

• Printable pick lists - pick list detail now has a print option with locations, products, SKU/barcode, required quantities, and manual-pick checkboxes.
• Optional order barcodes - store settings can now enable Stokkap order barcodes on packing slips and pick lists.
• Faster packing verification - scan an order barcode during packing to select the order, then scan item barcodes to verify the package contents.

Alerts

• Duplicate alert dismissal fixed - dismissed duplicate SKU/GTIN alerts now stay dismissed while the same duplicate still exists, instead of reappearing after product syncs or updates.

Stock Operations

• Stock In price visibility - regular and sale prices are now shown next to current stock when stocking in a product.
• Quick price edit during Stock In - users with product edit permission can adjust regular/sale price from Stock In and continue the active stock-in workflow without losing their entered quantity, supplier, location, reference, or serial details.
• Serial Stock In backorder handling improved - when stocking in serial-tracked products with negative stock, Stokkap now uses incoming serials to clear the negative-stock deficit first. Extra received serials remain in location stock and can be assigned from the order detail page later if needed.
• Clearer serial allocation guidance - Stock In now explains why order allocation is capped to the current negative stock amount, keeping WooCommerce stock and available serial counts aligned.
• Reset stock deficit option - when negative stock is known to be incorrect or already handled elsewhere, Stock In can now explicitly reset that deficit before applying the received quantity. For Stokkap-managed products this applies only to the selected negative location.
• Serial stock safeguards tightened - Stock In now validates selected locations before applying serial/location stock changes, and Enable Stokkap prevents pending-order allocation when a product has negative stock so staff use Stock In for backorder recovery.

Serial Tracking - New Alerts

• Serial Discrepancy alert - automatically flags serial-tracked products where WooCommerce stock is higher than the number of available serials. Means units exist in your store with no serial number to back them. Critical severity, clears automatically when resolved.
• Stale Allocation alert - flags individual serials that have been reserved against an order for 30+ days without being shipped or released. Typically indicates an order was cancelled in WooCommerce without the serial being manually released in Stokkap.
• Both alerts appear on the Alerts page with their own filter, export to CSV, and are translated in all supported languages.

Scan Page - Backorders Setting

• Backorders control - set backorders behaviour (Do not allow / Allow, notify customer / Allow) directly from the scan page. Appears on simple products and variations when stock management is enabled. Saves immediately and syncs to WooCommerce.
• Activity tracking - backorders changes now appear in the activity log on the Activity page, Dashboard widget, and Product Detail page, with translated labels.
